A Little Nutty
There are a lot of fad diets that come and go, but counting calories seems to be a tried and true way for people to lose weight. This person seems to be practicing such a diet. Controlling how much you eat for each meal can be effective, but you also have to make sure you’re eating healthy foods and exercising too.
This customer, however, seems to be taking their diet to the extreme. They ordered a small plate of nuts and dates, with barely a handful of each. We understand wanting portion control, but this is too much. Hopefully, this was just a snack and not their full lunch or dinner.
