When it comes to customer satisfaction, there is no other way than to say that the customer is always right. Whether the thing they claim actually happened or whether the food was actually cold, the customer must always be right… Customers, not anyone else.
So if someone walks off of the street and says that they demand a piece of pie from your establishment because they don’t like the other they bought from somewhere else, you can do whatever you want. If this person isn’t your customer, then the world is your oyster.
