Apple products are not cheap, and apparently, neither are the company’s services. If you want to swap the tiniest thing out of your iPhone for a brand-new component, get ready to pay a steep fee. And to make matters worse, Apple is closing in on third-party companies that can provide the same quality services at a much lower price.
But what drove this man berserk is the fact that Apple wouldn’t reimburse him for his faulty iPhone. The problem with the phone was not his but rather with quality control. Let’s just be glad that he only destroyed display iPhones and not the heads of the store’s employees.
