Not to be that person, but there are a lot of reasons to stop drinking sweet beverages. If we didn’t know any better before, today we all know that carbonated sugar beverages, like Coke, are terrible for out health and weight. They consist of 100% added sugars and have zero nutritional value.
And if this means nothing to you, this person is here with two more reasons why you should limit your sugar-sweetened beverages consumption: they are ridiculously over-priced – especially at fast food restaurants – and the machines are disgusting, as simple as that.
