Closing Time
If you’ve ever worked in a restaurant, you know that last-minute customers can be the worst. Even though a restaurant is technically open until a certain time, staff usually starts cleaning up early so they don’t have to stay late after closing. Someone shared very specific last-minute customer behavior you should avoid at all costs.
If you do happen to order something from a restaurant right before they close, make sure it’s not a steak. Why? Because the cook has most likely already cleaned the grill, and they’re not going to dirty it again for a single order. This OP shared that some cooks will even microwave your raw steak instead of dirtying the grill again. Gross but understandable.
