The 4 Vultures – The Beetles
It is safe to say that the 1960s were ruled by the Beetles. The people at Disney noticed this and wanted to capitalize on their fame by basing characters in their upcoming movie The Jungle Book about them. The four vultures that appear in the film were set to have their appearances based on the fab four.
This, however, did not come into fruition, in part because of their busy schedule and also due to the fact that John Lennon was opposed to the feature. The final film, however, has the vultures with mock-Liverpudlian accents and featured them singing a version of the band’s hit song “That’s What Friends Are For.”
