When DNA Test Results Expose Shocking Family Secrets

The first story on our list is pretty amazing. For various reasons, some couples choose to adopt children. There are several adoption stories out there that are truly shocking. You may have seen the Netflix documentary Three Identical Strangers about the triplets that were purposely separated by Louise Wise Adoption Services for experimental purposes. 

Thankfully, this story is not as dark, but rather heartwarming. After this couple adopted their son from an infant agency, a DNA test revealed that the boy was actually his adoptive father’s fourth cousin. the child ended up being adopted by a blood relative without anybody realizing it at the time.
