Sometimes people are born with big ears, a big nose or any other feature that seems disproportionate for their body, and we tell them they’ll grow into them because that’s usually the case. As it turns out, dogs are also sometimes born with disproportionate features. In this case, she didn’t quite grow into her comically-large ears.
However, it doesn’t matter, because if you ask us, those unusual or disproportionate features are what makes each of us unique and one-of-a-kind. We wouldn’t want everyone to have the same eyes, the same nose and the same ears – there’s nothing interesting about that. For this dog, her disproportionately large ears are what makes her special (and incredibly sweet!).
