The Decadent Meat
Steak is rather decadent as it’s never cheap to buy at quality meat stores and supermarkets. You won’t have this problem when it comes to purchasing dollar store steak sold at a low price. However, you’ll soon learn in the cooking process that you really paid for the dollar value.
Dollar store-purchased steak is thin and only contains about 70 percent of actual meat. The rest is a combination of salt, water, and sodium phosphate, in an attempt to add more flavor. But no matter what kind of attempts are made, dollar store steak is not good and should be purchased at places that sell better quality beef.
