“The attack of the bubble wrap!” is a famous line from many scary movies. People often think using bubble wrap is the most fun part of packing. Everyone who has ever moved has secretly enjoyed popping the air bubbles in the moving blankets, even though they should have been wrapping their belongings.

These bubbles were kept in place by the moving blankets. In this scenario, the humorous aspect of the situation quickly fades, and it is replaced by a palpable sense of dread. Being enclosed in this bubble made of clear plastic makes me feel queasy for some reason. In these cramped quarters, maintaining our composure is impossible.
