40. Peppermint
This fantastic queen first appeared on the show’s ninth season, and lost the crown to Sasha Velour during her now iconic roses lip-sync. Since her time on the show, she has appeared on Broadway, and on numerous tours around the world.
Known as a powerful trans rights activist, Peppermint has matured beyond the drag race to become one of the most celebrated and powerful LGBTQIA voices in the world.
A return to her drag roots would be emotionally powerful to fans all over the world, but it’s not such a sure thing. Her work has only begun, and we are not so sure she would want to put all that on hold for a second visit to the workroom.
