Mardalsfossen
Here’s a magnificent picture taken from the majestic country of Norway. Sure, the photographer edited this image to make it look more stunningly blue than it actually is, but that doesn’t take anything away from the fact that places like this actually exist on Earth!
What you’re looking at is Mardalsfossen, a two-tiered waterfall that measures around 39 feet wide. The water cascades to the awaiting basin 1,175 feet below. As beautiful as this photograph is, we can’t help but wonder whether anyone has accidentally plummeted to their death at Mardalsfossen. Is that weird or are you guys wondering the same thing, too?
