Moms Taking the Word Embarrassing to the Next Level

April 20, 2010 by Alison Campbell

Showing Her Competitive Side

We all have a competitive side. True, some of us might be more competitive than others, but at the end of the day, nobody likes to lose. We usually reveal our competitive side when playing board games with the family. It’s not really a problem when it’s with family – because they have to love us, no matter how competitive and mean we get.

Apparently, this guy’s mother is quite competitive, and he learned that at the worse time – during a friendly kids vs. parents soccer match at his school. When he was 10 years old, his mother insisted on participating in the school’s soccer match and ended up breaking a kid’s ankle. Not just any kid – but the best player of the opposing team (her kid’s team). According to him, she didn’t even feel sorry about it. She did what she had to in order to win.
