Where’s your gratitude?
The term “small business” conjures images of people creating things to give away to gain goodwill. Small companies can’t afford to provide free stuff, yet they do so out of the goodness of their hearts. It’s all about being a part of the community. The pizza shop wanted to give away two slices and a juice box for free because the school had been canceled.
I think it’s a fantastic gesture. They didn’t want the children to go hungry. Someone, however, had to contribute their two cents’ worth. Instead of expressing gratitude, they griped about the quality of the pizza instead.
