What is with the managers refusing to accept the regulations regarding the spread of the virus that has changed the world in the last two years? If they cannot manage even if one of their employees doesn’t show up to work, we think they need to hire some more staff.

There is no point undermining the illness of an employee just because you are running low on staff. There are strict rules about the health and safety of the workforce that you hire. We don’t understand how these managers can go on ignoring those protocols.
