Your Availability
There is nothing much wrong with this one except for the timing of the interview. The recruiter texted the applicant to have a phone interview at 9 am which seems fair until you see the time when that text arrived. It was 11:27 pm. The receiver of the text messages could have been sleeping.
We get that there are a lot of applicants and it gets difficult to give each one a fair chance and enough time but still, the hiring team should be aware of the appropriate hours. Texting late or night or too early in the morning leaves a bad impression.
