Burning Down
Well, I guess it’s true what they say: one man’s trash is another man’s treasure. Or, in this case, one movie’s set is another movie’s burning city. Just imagine the filmmakers of Gone With the Wind scouring through the studio’s old sets, looking for things they could burn down for the sake of their movie.
And the fact that they burned down the original King Kong set just adds another layer of hilarity to the situation. I can just picture a group of filmmakers standing around, debating whether or not it’s ethical to burn down the sets of other movies. But hey, in Hollywood, anything goes, right?
