26. The Georgian Marxian
The “steal man” was born in Georgia to the name of Joseph Vissarionovich Jughashvili, which I’m sure makes you jiggle a bit, if it hasn’t yet just try to pronounce it. Stalin was an early member of the Marxist Russian Social Democratic Labor Party.
Can you believe that he lived inside the Kremlin in Moscow in 1918? This was the time when he consolidated his power and created the connections he needed to lead in the Russian military and eventually succeed Lenin’s regime in 1927, which led to the historical events we all know about.
