Home of the Coffee Bean
In a recent Statista Global Consumer Survey, coffee was named by most American adults as the most popular consumer beverage. More so than bottled water, which is the number one beverage in the United States. Coffee beans require tropical climates and Hawaii is home of the Kona coffee bean.
Coffee connoisseurs travel to the Hawaiin Islands to indulge in large amounts of the delicious Kona Coffee. Many assume that Kona Coffee is only grown in Kailua-Kona, a town on the west coast of Hawaii Island, also known as the Big Island. But the popular bean is also grown around other parts of the state.
