The internet is overflowing with catchy tunes created to help teach us about the marvelously mysterious pi, but sometimes we just want to kick back, relax, and be swept away by the intimate relationship between math and music because it’s closer and more beautiful than anything we’ll find swiping through Tinder.
A handful of YouTubers have been so inspired by the irrational number that they composed songs from its decimal places after assigning note values to numbers, resulting in mesmerizing musical pieces. The fact that we will never find the end of π means we will never know what the ends of these songs sound like.
