Only frying bacon
Look, the only wrong way to cook bacon is not making a mountain of it. However, if you really want to up your bacon game, skip the frying pan. Using a frying pan, especially a nonstick pan, will lead to uneven doneness, which is a major no-no in the International Association of Bacon Makin’.
What you can do instead is place strips of bacon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. This will help crisp up your bacon real good while also keeping splatters of super-hot fat away from your limbs. Using a pan isn’t a mistake by any means, but baking bacon is the much preferable method.
