Not knowing various cooking techniques
What kind of cooking techniques do you use in the kitchen? The most common are frying, boiling, shallow-frying, deep-frying, slow-cooking, baking, and maybe burning. Some of us can grill while others prefer to order takeout. No problem with either method but learning different cooking techniques will open doors to new flavorful experiences.
One method that many chefs would recommend trying out is sous vide. This is essentially placing meats in an airtight seal and cooking it slowly in a bath of warm or hot water for hours at a time. Since the water stays at a constant temperature, there’s virtually no risk of overcooking your protein.
