Here’s one more funny case of customer review involving a public transportations company. It’s always good to provide constructive criticism about a company’s service or when they’re trying out something new, but some of these reviews often end up being a heated debate between the two parties. Where do these scuffles lead us? Well, let’s take this hilarious customer tweet as an example….
Twitter user Josh stated his opinion that the newly released Virgin Trains are basic, with nothing unique added to it. He even said it in a polite manner, yet the transportation company retorted that his looks are the only one that’s basic. I honestly don’t care about who’s wrong or right in this back and forth, all I care about is how funny it is!
