These Items Deserve an Award for Their Funny Designs

During the winter, most of us suffer from running noses. Some people are so sensitive to the cold, they go through entire packages of tissues every day. The person who invented this apparatus must belong to this group of people. It might look weird, but at least unlike certain items on this list, this one is useful.

Besides how it looks, we can think of a number of additional problems with this apparatus. first, t seems rather heavy to carry on your head, and second, the premise is wrong. If you expect people to mostly use it during the winter, the tissues would get wet when it rains.
