What’s in a name?
We’ve all been there: reaching for words when we’re writing a letter, or having a conversation. Usually, they’re pretty simple ones or a term that we don’t use that often but now we need them. The word for trees that don’t shed their leaves in Winter, for example.
Or maybe for that thing on the end of your arm that you use for pretty much everything? Yes, this pregnant woman forgot the word for “hand!” I’m more impressed at her ingenuity at calling it an “arm foot” instead, to be honest.
