That’s Intense
You know that a workout is intense as soon as you start dripping sweat like water off Niagara Falls. A workout is highly intense if your muscles are sore for several weeks. Another way to tell that your workout is pushing you to the limit is if you start chewing on the backrests of your exercise machine.
Wait, what? Why would someone chew on the backrest? To us, it looks like someone was doing some other sort of extracurricular activity in the gym while no one was around. It’s nice that you were “working out,” but c’mon, at least leave the machines in the same condition you found them!
