Everyday She’s Hustling
The word “hustle” has two different definitions. The proper use of the world usually comes from an authority figure at work to persuade enthusiastic action. “Hustle” has also been adopted as a slang term with more of a fraudulent meaning, used when you “hustle” someone out of money by tricking them with dishonest information.
This woman wearing a denim coat with the slogan “Good Things Come To Those Who Hustle” is giving a very important message to everyone who reads it: don’t trust me! How can she be trusted when she’s promoting manipulation in return for some good karma. The suspicious vibe she generates also makes us wonder what’s in that crumpled-up bag she’s holding.
