AT&T blaming the customer
Here, we have another case of cable mismanagement by yet another huge corporation. You’d think that the technicians would have proper training on how to manage cables, but this is AT&T we’re talking about. For anyone who’s ever had to deal with AT&T before, it’s an utter nightmare.
When this guy’s DSL was having problems, customer service simply told him that maybe something was wrong with the cables in his home. Upon further investigation, the indoor cables were perfectly fine. What wasn’t perfectly fine was how the technicians set up the outdoor wires. We’re surprised the wires didn’t fry from rain and snow over the seasons. Wait another year or two and they’ll send somebody right over.
