Just because a guy works with computers doesn’t mean he has connections with multinational tech companies. Also, your local computer repairman’s skills are pretty much limited to fixing hardware issues, deleting viruses, and trying to sell you parts you don’t need. Getting you through to Google, however, is out of their power.

One client asked a computer repairman whether he could put him through to Google. At first, the tech guy thought the client wanted to know how to open the Google webpage, but no, he wanted to speak with someone at the company. You’d think that you could simply Google “how to contact Google,” but no, you gotta bother tech support with ridiculous questions like this.
