Dang Kids and They’re Nonsensical Slang
It seems that kids’ slang is updated on a regular basis. We begin to see new phrases of words on social media all the time, and the younger generations have somehow been able to decipher the meaning behind all of them. These terms are used so frequently in their daily speech with their friends, that they become normalized in their vocabulary.
This isn’t helpful when conversing with someone older, like Mom. Judging by what we can see from the conversation, it seems like this person’s mom is asking what “mood af” means. We’ve all seen this term before, and most of us can figure it out easily.. However, we have the same question as the mom… Why was that comment on a video of a gorilla throwing his own [insert obvious assumption here]?
