Funny Tweets That Sum Up Marriage Life

An Ongoing Game of Chicken

Emptying trashcans has to be the least favorite chore in any household. But someone has to do it, right? This has got many couples on a back and forth over who will handle the task each time it needs to be done. “You should empty the trashcan,” “No, you do it. I did it last time.” It’s an ongoing game of chicken.

This weekly episode is common in many houses. And we think there’s a simple solution: making a chore chart. A chore chart will help you two keep track of who will take the bins out each day, and it ensures the work is divided equally. This way, you can avoid the argument while each person takes on his or her responsibility in peace.
