One Hour, Give or Take
Being fashionably late is one thing, but being an hour late on a consistent basis is downright annoying. We know, we have to take traffic into consideration, but if you’re going to leave us hanging for 60 minutes, we might as well just cancel our plans together.
This person wasn’t playing around when they said they’d be an hour late. Soon to them means an hour. Hurrying up will still take them an hour. Even if they had to drop everything they were doing now to get there, they’d still need an hour. Lesson learned: if you make plans with this person, wait 60 minutes before walking out the door.
