50 Funny Zoom Meeting Mishaps We Can All Relate To

February 11, 2015 by Veronica Phillips

Let’s talk over each other!

No matter how far the internet has advanced over the last 20 years or so, it’s far from being perfect. We can all have lightning-fast broadband, but when a Zoom meeting starts, it feels like we’re back in the 28kbps dial-up days. You can definitely feel the sluggishness when you end up speaking over another speaker.

And to make matters worse, because you guys felt like you interrupted each other, you also stop talking to let the other person continue. You both do this back-and-forth for a couple of seconds before somebody finally takes charge. By that time, you both probably forgot what you wanted to say.
