Halloween Game Ideas for Kids

October 11, 2022 by Adriana Matthews

Are you looking for some fun and spooky Halloween games to play with your kids this year? Well, you’ve come to the right place! In this blog post, we will share some of our favorite Halloween games that are sure to get your kids excited for the holiday. From classic games like “Pin the Tail on the Donkey” to new and unique ideas, we have something for everyone. So read on and get ready to have some fun!

One of our all-time favorite Halloween games is “Pin the Tail on the Donkey.” This classic game is always a hit with kids, and it’s also a great way to get them moving around. To play, you will need a donkey poster (you can find one online or make your own), some tails (we like to use construction paper), and some tape.

Simply put up the donkey poster on a wall or door, blindfold your child, spin them around three times, and then let them try to pin the tail on the donkey. The child who gets the closest wins!

Another fun game that we love to play is “Halloween I Spy.” This is a great game for younger children as it helps them to develop their observation skills. To play, you will need to gather some small Halloween-themed objects (we like to use things like mini pumpkins, ghosts, bats, and spiders).

Hide the objects around the room and then give your child a list of items that they need to find. As they search for the objects, they can check them off the list. The first one to find all of the items wins!

So there you have it, two of our favorite Halloween games that are sure to get your kids excited for the holiday. We hope you have as much fun playing them as we do! Happy Halloween!
