You would think that these kinds of public service announcements (the ones demanding people to refrain from the behaviors that they naturally want to perform) would be the kind where the announcer is most insistent on accurately conveying their message by using the right words and the correct letters to make them up.

It’s not that the words or the message are completely indecipherable; it’s just that the effort required to discern them can only add to the unpleasant experience of knowing where and where not to sit in a cafe. Why did they color the last letter of every word in red? Is there some kind of a secret message hidden there somewhere?
