Although the premise of the Tooth Fairy is truthfully just a little bit creepy (I mean, sneaking into children’s rooms while they sleep to take their teeth? Umm…), the Tooth Fairy is a great incentivizer, just like Santa Claus. When you’re young, even a dollar can make you feel rich. It seems like the parents in this case are banking on the fact that their daughter will be willing to clean her room if there’s money involved.
