Sarcasm is a wonderful thing, but sometimes it misses its mark, especially on the Internet where you can’t hear someone’s tone. Here we have the witty line, “Is it made of gold?” in response to this buyer’s ridiculous offer. But the buyer seems to think the seller is literally asking about the color of the mower.

And surprise surprise, it’s not gold, it’s red. I mean, it sounds like a pretty good deal, right? A riding lawnmower in exchange for a nearly $20,000 car? Better take advantage of that one. Who cares that you have to go pick it up yourself when you’re getting such a great lawnmower?
