You are probably one of the many people who have been so overheated in the summer that you’ve poured a water bottle over your head to cool off. It’s a rather effective move. You will get wet of course, but at least you’ll stay clean. The child, who has seen this before, did the same with an ice cream cone. 

This isn’t what was expected when the little boy asked his mom for ice cream because it was hot. She obliged, because who wants to deprive a cute little boy of ice cream. However, she didn’t expect the dessert to go right on his head. Time to head home to the air conditioners and the showers.
