Condos are high-end apartments, and the comfort that comes with them is worth the money you paid to acquire them. However, it seems the costs of living in a condo are not limited to its purchase. This next renter claims that you actually have less control over your expenses, since you can often be obligated to pay for random stuff.
It is a good thing they got out early; at least they were able to avert the incoming avalanche of fees and levies. However, what happens to the roof? Who gets to bear the extra cost of fixing the roof? The new owner? I bet the seller’s agent would not mention the impending roof repair to the new owners.
