You Park, You Get Fined
When someone tries to explain an injustice about a rule you made, you should maybe listen to them because you might be saving yourself from that very rule. And since when did it become a problem to park a car in front of your own house? Some HOA rules could drive one crazy.
This story also proves that one of the ways to get an unjust and unfair law revoked is by applying the same law to the people who made it. And rather than simply removing the fine, why don’t they reword the rule to fine whoever owns the parked car instead of the person in front of whose house the car is parked? Logic seems to be a strange concept to most HOAs.
