HOA’s Questionable Decor Preferences
While the festive period is a time to enjoy with your friends and families, decorate your home and relish the ambiance of the holidays, some HOAs have made it a point of duty to stipulate the minimum acceptable cost of decorations homeowners can have on their houses. Weird, right? But apparently, this is much more common than we’d think.
The question I now have is, what is the problem with the star of David, and why has that prompted the HOA to remove the regulation? This story only proves that people will not change an unjust law until they feel the unjust effect themselves. What’s your take? Is the HOA in the wrong for demanding a decoration fee?
