Dish detergent
Obviously, you buy dish detergent to clean your dishes. You want to make sure that your family’s health is secure and that no-one is getting food poisoning from old food left on plates or pans. You might think that it doesn’t really go off, but you’d be wrong.
After around 3 months, the detergent starts to lose the enzymes that actually do the cleaning, making the product much less effective, and putting our health at risk. Dishwashing soap, however, can last up to 18 months, and very rarely will a bottle of the stuff surpass the 2-month mark. Still, make sure you replace it frequently.
