Make a homemade barbecue drizzling pan
To avoid meat from dripping on your charcoal while having a barbecue, you can use a heavy duty aluminum foil to design a temporary drizzling pan. This can be designed by using a traditional pan to mold it or by using your own hands.
Be careful not to leave the pan on the coal while barbecuing! Ensure the self-made drizzle pan is larger than the meat being grilled to allow enough space for the dripping liquid and avoid wetting the charcoal.
