WW2-era pins
It seems like every other week on r/WhatIsThisThing, someone finds a set of antique pins in their attic. That’s exactly what happened to the OP before they posted a picture of two bear pins with RRW or RWR engravements on them. It turns out that this subreddit is filled with history nerds that could identify these pins almost immediately.
In 1941, following the attack of Germany on Russia, an organization called the Russian War Relief was established in New York. The group’s primary goal was to provide aid to Russia. These pins originated from the WW2 era and are probably worth a pretty penny.
