Classic sippy cup
Is this a cup or teapot? If it’s a teapot, how come it’s only half-closed? If it’s a cup, what’s with the spout? Without any markings to indicate what it was, the OP was forced to asked the experts at Reddit to provide answers. It didn’t take long before a helpful commenter provided the correct answer.
This is a classic sippy cup, but it’s not intended exclusively for children. The half-lid protects the contents from spilling as you lift the cup. This helps bedridden people stay hydrated without dousing their shirts in a hot beverage. They could’ve easily made the half-lid not look like a mustache, but whatever. As long as it works!
