The label of the sauce represents the kind of sauce that has been kept in that specific container. It seems inappropriate to have a sauce be contrary to the label. It will deceive people as they will first look at the label and then at the sauce. Imagine having added mustard sauce accidentally.  

In this instance, the labels preach otherwise and the sauces in the container are entirely different from the labels. On the left side of this picture, the label says ketchup while the container says “Not Ketchup”. Similarly, the middle label says mustard while the container clearly says “Not Mustard but Ketchup”.
