The primary object of parking lines in a parking spot is to guide the driver to park the vehicle in between those prescribed lines. It is not in any way meant to park the vehicle on or across those lines. However, the driver has decided to use the line as if he owns it, without considering other drivers. 

The vehicle has been parked on the line instead of before the line. A two feet distance is deliberately left on either side so that the passenger and the driver could come out of the vehicle without any hassle or inconvenience. This minor flaw could be seriously annoying for any person, especially another driver who is trying to park their car properly.
