Why does it seem like the older that you get, the more problems you encounter with your mood and your body? It’s almost as if for the first 25 years of your life, your body was able to bounce back from any physical injury rapidly and you almost never had any serious ailments.
They tell you to get 8 hours of sleep every night in order to create a consistent sleep cycle, but when you finally do that, you wake up in the morning feeling way more sore and drowsy than you did in the first place. What are we all doing wrong?
