Boss Level Karen…Literally
Karens are usually the people who come into our workplace and act like they’re the ones signing our paychecks every week. We smile and kindly remind them to stay in their lane, but on rare occasion the Karen in question is actually your boss, and you can’t customer service voice your way out of it.
You’d expect your boss to have your back and use their sassy powers to protect you from crazy customers, but no such luck here. Are you quitting after the customers start swinging and your boss blames you for it, or do you stick it out and make stacks until you find something better?
