Kids Discover Their Parents’ Cool Past

It seems like we’re not running out of pictures of parents’ awesome jobs in the past, isn’t it? I personally don’t know of anyone, regardless of age, gender, or race, who has never dreamt of working at NASA. I mean, this is a place where people work to discover more about everything and make a large-scale difference in everybody’s lives.

This is a photo of a cool mom who worked in NASA back in ’74. What makes this photo cool? It’s not just her beauty and it’s not just because she’s working in the most prestigious agency in the entire world—–it’s because this happened during a time where gender role stereotypes are at their peak. Kudos to this amazing mom!
